I work with the technology that best solves the problem, not what's on Hacker News this week. But generally:

No useless meetings. No 60-slide deck. Direct communication, frequent delivery and open code for review. You follow the repo, see daily commits, know what's being done and how much is left.

Every feature gets automated tests where it makes sense, code review and continuous deploy. Documentation on what matters — nobody needs a generic README, but everyone needs to know how to run the project and make decisions.
